By accessing or using Project Nova ("Nova," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Nova.

2. The Nova Service

Nova is an AI-powered workspace that may include AI conversations, projects, notes, tasks, file management, productivity tools, student-focused features, and other services.

Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as Nova develops.

3. Accounts

Some Nova features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Nova may offer paid subscription plans. Subscription prices, included features, and usage limits will be displayed before purchase.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.

Subscription usage may be subject to limits, including limits related to AI usage or other resource-intensive features.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges.

Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable once charged and are not normally prorated for unused time.

6. AI Outputs

Nova uses artificial intelligence to generate certain responses and assistance. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it.

Nova should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice in areas such as legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes matters.

7. Student and Educational Use

Nova may provide tools that assist with learning, studying, organization, and homework-related questions.

Users remain responsible for following their school's academic-integrity rules and any instructions provided by teachers, professors, or educational institutions.

Features described as "Coming Soon" or "In Development," including Student Offline Mode, are not guaranteed to be available by a particular date.

8. User Content

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, upload, or store through Nova.

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use content you provide through the service.

You grant Nova the limited rights necessary to process your content for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nova to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious software, abuse other users, or intentionally misuse Nova's infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that threatens Nova or other users.

10. Availability

We work to keep Nova available, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every location or time.

Features may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party providers, or other circumstances.

11. Third-Party Services

Nova may depend on third-party providers for AI processing, hosting, databases, payments, market information, and other functionality.

Nova is not responsible for independent services operated by third parties or for changes those providers make to their services.

12. Intellectual Property

Nova's software, website design, branding, graphics, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant users ownership of Nova's software, branding, or underlying technology.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nova and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or change Nova as the service develops.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
